From July 7 to 23, America will be offering a $28 lunch and $48 dinner Summerlicious prix fixe, featuring modern takes on American classics. Inspired by worldly New York cooking and the vibrant, clean flavours of California, Chef Chris and Matthew’s seasonal menu showcases local ingredients in their prime.
